At ALVI and HZ Designs, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Because we manufacture every item in our own Abbottabad factory, we stand behind our quality. If something isn’t right, we are here to fix it.
Simple Exchange Rules
If the size doesn’t fit or you received the wrong item, you can exchange it easily.
- Time Limit: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags still attached.
- How to Start: Just send us a message on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the item.
Returns & Refunds
We take great pride in our work, but if there is a genuine manufacturing defect (like a hole or a major stitching error), we will offer a full refund or a fresh replacement immediately.
- Our Mistake, Our Cost: If we sent the wrong size or a defective piece, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind, you can still return the item, but the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges to our Abbottabad facility.
How to Send it Back
- Contact Us: Message us on WhatsApp or call our team.
- Pack the Item: Put the item back in its original packaging.
- Ship It: Send the parcel to our factory address in Abbottabad.
- Verification: Once we receive the item and check its condition, we will ship your new exchange or process your refund within 48 hours.
Important Ordering Rules
Because we are a real factory and we put a lot of effort into every single order, we have a few strict rules to prevent fake orders and time-wasting.
1. Delivery Charges & Cancellations
- Advance Delivery Charges: We require delivery charges to be paid in advance. This is because many people place fake orders and don’t receive the parcel, which wastes our team’s hard work and shipping costs.
- Cancellation Policy: Once your order is placed, we provide you with Live Tracking so you can see the progress. If we have already started making your product and you decide to cancel the order, the delivery charges will not be refunded. Additionally, you will be responsible for the labor and material costs incurred up to that point.
2. Custom Orders (Single Pieces) We are one of the few factories that offer custom-made Products for individuals. You can choose your own fit, size, color, and design. However, custom work requires extra attention:
- 50% Advance Payment: For all custom orders, we require a 50% deposit before we start working.
- Real-Time Updates: We share live tracking with you so you know exactly when your custom piece goes into production.
- Refunds on Custom Work: * If you cancel before we start the work, we will refund your deposit 100%.
- If production has already started and you cancel in the middle of the process, the 50% advance payment will not be refunded. This covers the cost of the fabric we cut and the time our tailors spent on your unique design.
