1. The Production Process (5-Day Minimum)
Because we handle everything in-house at our Abbottabad factory, it takes a little time to ensure your garment meets our high standards.
- Our Process: Your order goes through raw fabric sourcing, precision cutting, custom printing, professional stitching, and a final quality check.
- Timeline: We take a minimum of 5 working days to manufacture your product from scratch.
- Early Shipping: Our factory team works hard to stay ahead; if your order is finished before the 5-day mark, we ship it immediately.
2. Live Tracking Updates
We want you to see the craftsmanship. We provide Live Tracking throughout the manufacturing stages so you can see exactly when your order is:
- Being Cut
- Being Printed
- Being Stitched
- Packed & Dispatched

4. Advance Delivery Charges
To protect our factory workers’ labor and raw material costs from fake orders, we have a strict policy:
- Advance Payment: Delivery charges must be paid in advance to confirm your order.
- Why? We start cutting fabric specifically for you the moment your order is confirmed. This advance fee ensures we are working with serious customers and helps us avoid the loss of time and materials.
5. Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel the order after production has started, the advance delivery charges will not be refunded.
- For Custom Orders, the 50% advance deposit is also non-refundable once the work has begun.
6. Delivery Times
Once your product passes the HZ Designs quality check:
- Abbottabad & Local Areas: 1-2 days after production.
- Rest of Pakistan: 3-5 days after production.
- Total Wait Time: Usually between 7 to 10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
